SOLD. CUSTOM WINDHAM. HEADING TO JOHNSTOWN, NY. 🪵

This isn’t a stock package sitting on a shelf. A custom Windham with an attached garage has been sold and is now being fast-tracked for delivery just west of Albany. And yes—we can ship your custom-cut log home package in as little as 8–10 weeks when the project is ready to go.

Already own the land? Have your plans ready? Don’t let the log package be what slows you down.

Your land is waiting. Let’s get the logs moving. Call Cedar Knoll at 518-563-3880 to ask about expediting your project.

YOU’VE SEEN THE MODEL. NOW SEE IT BUILT.

Our HYDE PARK isn’t just something we put on paper. A few years ago, a Cedar Knoll customer brought this design to life—and these are the actual photos from that build.

3 bedrooms. 2 baths. Loft. ~1,500 sq. ft.

Sometimes the best way to see what a model can become is to look at one that already exists. This one aged pretty well. 🌲

🌲🏡 Distinctive now. Timeless later. 🏡🌲

There’s a reason A-frames keep showing up in the places people dream about escaping to. The architecture is unmistakable, the footprint is efficient, and unlike so many styles that come and go, an A-frame doesn’t need to chase what’s currently “in.”

Meet the HYDE PARK: Our newest model brings that idea to life with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft, and approximately 1,500 square feet. Something your children can inherit, enjoy, and eventually pass along themselves.

Some days, quiet says enough.

Today is one of those days. There’s no need to add to the noise.

Setting business posts aside today to remember the people who were lost, the families who were changed forever, and the heroes who ran toward the danger.

START WITH A MODEL. FINISH WITH YOUR HOME. 🪵

Love the floor plan—but want to change it? Change it.

Move a wall. Add a bedroom. Extend the porch. Flip the layout. Add a loft. Make the kitchen bigger.

At Cedar Knoll, our plans are a starting point—not a restriction. Bring us your ideas. We’ll bring them to life.

Behind every beautiful home is someone who got dirty building it. 🪵 The millworkers. The framers. The electricians. The roofers. The finishers. The truck drivers. The builders.

The people who turn raw materials into something you can walk into, live in, and call home. Happy Labor Day to the people who get it done. 🇺🇸
