This month we celebrate the retirement of Cindy Guidry after an extraordinary 31‑year career with our company. Since 1995, Cindy has supported the hiring of 239 employees, managed the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, and guided us through major transitions — including a generational leadership change and the difficult years following the loss of our longtime foreman, Jules.

Through every high and low, Cindy has been a steady, reliable presence. Her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to our culture have shaped who we are today. She played a key role in helping us navigate the significant changes of the last five years, including the implementation of a new job‑routing system and the ongoing evolution of our operations. We are deeply grateful for Cindy’s decades of service and the many hats she has worn as our office manager.
