Passenger peg extension bracket for a Yamaha MT-10, redesigned for metal 3D printing.

The billet version works, but it's about 190 g. The new one comes in at about 134 g in AlSi10Mg. That's about 30% lighter.

And it's stiffer. In FEA at 5 kN, 40 mm outboard, deflection drops from 2.3 mm to 0.7 to 0.9 mm. Peak stress drops from about 500 to about 230 MPa.

Built for a motorcycle riding school. Designed, FEA checked and quoted.

Brake cooling cowl for a Ducati V4.

The ears clamp between the fork lugs and the caliper on the caliper mount bolts. The duct is formed between the cowl and the fork foot.

It looked right on paper, so I ran a flow study to see where the air actually goes. About 3 in 4 of the streamlines entering the mouth make it to the caliper.

The last few slides are MK1 on the bike for test fit.

CAD to fit check on a TIG torch handle I designed for my own rigs. Full build, link in bio.

I wanted better handles on my own TIG torches, so I designed them.

It's two pieces. A core, and a grip sleeve that threads on from the cable end and seats on the finned head.

5.00 in long, 1.500 in over the diamond knurl, 16 air ducts. Sized for 150 (WP-17) and 250 (WP-26) torches. Fit-check coupons print first, so I'm not printing a full part just to find out it doesn't fit.

R1 tail bracket set, all the way around. Full build, link in bio.

New build up on the site. It's a sheet metal tail bracket set for a Yamaha R1 race bike.

Tail extension on the rear node, seat bracket right above it, an ECU tray on the bottom rail, and a rectifier bracket tucked inside the right side plate.

These parts made it into ASRA racing, and there's more coming for next season. The subframe in the renders is a mock-up I built from photos.
