It's ROCKtober! 🎃⛏️
This month we celebrate the crushed stone, sand, and gravel quietly building our region. From the highways connecting Charlotte to Charleston to the concrete under your favorite grocery store; our teams across North and South Carolina source the materials to make growth possible.

Every road, runway, and foundation in the Carolinas starts right here. In the ground. 🏗️

Behind every load of crushed stone and every ton of sand we produce, there's a crew. 💪

Equipment operators. Mechanics. Plant technicians. Quality control techs. CDL drivers. Site supervisors. Many of our team members started with zero industry experience and built real careers through on-the-job training and certifications most people don't even know exist.

Every road, foundation, and building across North and South Carolina depends on:
• The plant operators running the crushers before sunrise.
• The blasting crews who plan every shot down to the second.
• The lab techs who test every load.
• The mechanics keeping equipment running through a Carolina summer.

What you do isn't always visible from the highway. But it's underneath every mile of it.
