🎃🍂 ESOP MONTH – WEEK ONE IS IN THE BOOKS! 🎸🎶

Last week officially wrapped up Week One of ESOP Month at OLG A Division of Haley Ward, and our Tullahoma crew wasted no time getting into the spirit!

We celebrated our first Spirit Day on 10/07 with Pumpkin Spice/Autumn Colors Day 🍁🎃 — and as you can see, these guys came prepared, as usual! 😂 We absolutely love how willing our crew is to participate and have a little fun with us!

💌 We’ve also had the opportunity to order Kindness Grams, which will be delivered later this month. Who doesn’t love getting a little surprise and some extra kindness during the workday?!

🎸 And then…the competition began!

Our first ESOP Month competition, BATTLE OF THE BANDS, kicked off last week! 🤘 Employees from across Haley Ward submitted their favorite bands/artists, and after several rounds of voting, only ONE will be left standing!

Tullahoma definitely brought some variety to the bracket with entries including:
🎶 The Bee Gees
🎶 The Cadillac Three
🎶 Lynyrd Skynyrd
🎶 Yungblud
🎶 Bob Seger
🎶 Metallica
🎶 Oliver Tree

Now we want to hear from YOU! 👇
What band or artist would YOU have entered into the Battle of the Bands? 🎤🎸

Week One may be wrapped up, but ESOP Month is just getting started! 👀🥳 Stay tuned to see what other fun is coming throughout October!

💙🍼 The day we’ve all been waiting for has FINALLY arrived! 🍼💙

Please join us in welcoming Billy Warden Hill (BW) to the world! 💙

Weighing in at 6 lbs. 5 oz. and measuring 17.5 inches long, little BW made his grand entrance with all the attitude of his mama… at least until he got fed! 💙

We are happy to report that Rebecca and Baby BW are both doing well (and Jordan survived the excitement, too! 🤣). Proud Grandpa Tim Little and the rest of the grandparents are already soaking up every moment and making sure this sweet boy gets plenty of love!

One thing is for sure, his office family cannot WAIT to spoil him rotten! 💙

Congratulations to the Hill family on your precious new addition! Your work family is beyond excited for you and cannot wait to watch little BW grow! 🍼💙

Welcome to the OLG/Haley Ward family, BW! 💙

🎉 A GREAT START TO ESOP MONTH! 🎉

On October 1st, our OLG A Division of Haley Ward crew gathered for our ESOP Month Kickoff Lunch, provided by Haley Ward!

And when we say lunch… we mean a FEAST! 😋 Paco’s Pizza and wings from Freddie’s in Manchester, TN made sure no one left hungry!

With full bellies and plenty of laughs, we officially got the festivities rolling—and there’s a lot more where that came from! 👀

We have several activities, a little friendly competition, good food, and plenty of fun scattered throughout October. We can’t wait to share some of the highlights along the way!

One event down… plenty more to come! 🎉 Stay tuned to see what our Tullahoma crew gets into next!

🎃👻 HELLO, SPOOKTOBER… & HAPPY ESOP MONTH! 👻🎃

October has officially arrived, and the OLG A Division of Haley Ward crew is kicking things off in true Spooktober fashion — costumes and all! 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️👻🎃

Along with spooky season, pumpkin everything, costumes, and all the fall fun, October also marks something extra special for us — ESOP Month! 🧡

So, what exactly is an ESOP? An Employee Stock Ownership Plan gives employees an ownership interest in the company. As part of an employee-owned company, our team has a shared stake in its success and future. 💪

Throughout October, we’ll be celebrating employee ownership with fun events, activities, food, friendly competition, costumes, and maybe even a few spooky surprises along the way! 👀🍂

Be on the lookout throughout the month as we share some of the ESOP Month fun happening with our crew!

Here’s to a month full of ownership, teamwork, costumes, fall fun & plenty of Spooktober mischief! 🎃👻🍂

🍂 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍁

Our Haley Ward friends up in Maine may already be enjoying some crisp, cool fall weather, but here in Tennessee… someone forgot to tell Mother Nature that summer is over! ☀️🥵

Even if the temperatures still say summer, the Tullahoma office is officially in FULL FALL MODE! 🎃🍂 We’re ready for cooler mornings, football, pumpkins, hayrides, fall festivals, cozy weather, and all the fun that comes with the season.

Now if Tennessee could just get the memo and turn the temperature down a few degrees… 😂

Happy Fall from OLG A Division of Haley Ward! 🍁🎃🤎

Work hard. Play hard. And occasionally participate in some office shenanigans. 😉

This Labor Day, we’re celebrating the hardworking crew behind OLG A Division of Haley Ward!

From projects and deadlines to everything that happens behind the scenes, it takes an entire team to keep things moving—and we’re pretty lucky to have this one.

Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that make it all possible. Here’s to a well-deserved day of recognition for workers everywhere.

Happy Labor Day! ❤️🤍💙

🏈 HELLO, SEPTEMBER — AND HELLO, FOOTBALL SEASON! 🏈

We’re kicking off September the only way that seems appropriate… by showing off a few of our favorite teams! 🙌

Some of our crew came ready to represent in their favorite team jerseys, and it’s safe to say there may be a little friendly rivalry around the office this football season. 😂🏈

From Friday night lights to Saturdays in the South and Sunday football, we’re ready for all the touchdowns, tailgates, and team spirit that come with this time of year!

Now the important question… WHO ARE YOU CHEERING FOR THIS SEASON?! 👇

🌺 Aloha to Summer🌴☀️

Last week, the crew celebrated our Aloha to Summer Celebration, a Haley Ward, Inc.-themed event that we were excited to put our own little spin on!

For lunch, we made it a BYOM — Bring Your Own Meat celebration! 🍔🌭 Everyone brought their meat of choice, while members of our staff volunteered to prepare some delicious Hawaiian-themed sides to complete the meal. Of course, we couldn’t let our man of the hour, Nicolas Campbell, get away without putting him to work one last time! 😂🔥 Nicolas and his brother, Zac, took over grill duty while the rest of us enjoyed the festivities.

Nicolas has spent the summer with us as an intern, and this celebration gave us the perfect opportunity to celebrate him before he heads back to Tennessee Tech for another year of college! 🎓💜 We’ve loved having him as part of the crew this summer and wish him the very best as he heads back to school.

As we begin this new chapter as part of Haley Ward, we’re looking forward to bringing our OLG traditions, teamwork, and personality along for the ride!

Aloha, summer! Until next year! 🌴🌺🤙
