We recently hosted a fantastic meeting with our growers, and it was truly special to spend time together in person. We were honoured to welcome two incredible speakers — John Brown, DVM, Senior Technical Services Veterinarian at Zoetis, who shared insights on water vaccines, and Kristjan Bregendahl, PhD, Poultry Nutritionist at Devenish NA, who spoke on “Getting the Most Out of Your Feed.”

Even though not everyone could make it, we’re already looking forward to future events. Our growers are the heart of our business, and celebrating them will always be a priority.

A special thanks to Zeke Sayre for hosting the meeting and Camden on the Lake for being an excellent venue.

🌍 International Women’s Day

Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate leadership, legacy, and the many women at Potters Poultry helping move agriculture forward.

Our President, Olivia Potter, represents the third generation of our family business. From growing up around pullet and layer barns to leading turn-key poultry projects, her journey reflects both tradition and progress.

We asked Olivia what advice she would give to women entering agriculture:
“Don’t underestimate your voice. Agriculture needs diverse perspectives, strong leadership, and people willing to innovate.”

Her leadership is strengthened by the hardworking women across our U.S. team — supporting our growers, producers, managing projects, building systems, and driving excellence every day.
