100 ton Euclid Haul Truck Trailing Arm Bore. The customer couldn’t afford to have this truck down over the summer so they ran it with a broken bearing for 4 months. The bore had bearing material embedded a half inch deep. We over bored it until all compromised material was removed. Took three passes of weld buildup. Then we machined it back to spec and cut snap ring grooves.

This was all portable and on site work!
