Memphis based architects firm McGehee Nicolson Burke has selected Richard D. Chesteen, Jr, PE to provide the structural engineering for the new First Citizens Bank in Union City.

Design has been completed for the new Community Living Development to be located at the Farms in Dyersburg, TN. Initial construction will include 3 2-story 8-unit apartment buildings and a clubhouse with swimming pool. Memphis based McGehee Nicholson Burke Architects (MNBA) provided architectural design. Structural engineering was provided by Richard D. Chesteen, Jr, PE. Rendering provided by MNBA.

Construction has been completed and the new branch for First Citizens Bank in Jackson is now open. The new facility is located close to Union University.
