Packers perform the final packaging of sausage chubs and slicks. During packaging packers visually inspect product for defects and remove defective products from the line. Finished packaged product is palletized per specification.

Sanitation Technicians are responsible for cleaning the plant and equipment in accordance with Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s). Work requires that the employee be able to perform heavy manual work continuously over an extended period of time.
