This customers ridge-cap took a beating with these heavy winds. So, we offered him same day repairs to ensure this stressful situation was handled in a timely manner. We blew all the debris off his shop after releasing his old ridge. Applied 6 new rolls of flex-o-vent and went back on with 5 new enlarged light stone ridge-caps of 17 inches to close off his gaps.

Our latest interior remodeling project is now complete, featuring a comprehensive bathroom and closet renovation. This project showcases new sheetrock installation, finishing, and painting, as well as a custom wall build-out with custom shelving for towels, his and hers medicine cabinets, custom quartz vanity tops, new flooring, baseboards, quarter-round, a new shower installation, shower shelving, new vanities, new plumbing, a new water heater, new hardware and updated electrical and lighting throughout.

As many of you are aware, Dillon Kent Mathis was recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Dillon and I have worked together on numerous projects over the past few years. He is an exceptional human being, and I have come to appreciate his outstanding work ethic and dedication to our profession. Over the years, we have developed a strong professional relationship and friendship. We both refer clients to each other, and I am grateful to Dillon for introducing me to this family, which ultimately led to our involvement in this project. In light of his current situation, we would like to extend our support and appreciation to Dillon by donating $1000.00 of our profit from this project to the fund established in his name. While I can only imagine the challenges he is facing, I want to assure him that he is in our thoughts and prayers and we are rooting for him. Our most recent salvage metal roofing project turned out beautifully. The roof, originally installed in 1996 over old school lathing, had developed leaks and required attention while still maintaining its rustic aesthetic. To achieve this, we added new decking, felted the roof, and reinstalled the original metal sheets. Additionally, we incorporated new burnished slate offset corners, drip edge, ridge cap, all new screws, two weatherwood turbines, flex-o-vent, and valleys.

This type of roof offers environmental benefits through material repurposing and cost savings on new materials. Although labor-intensive due to panel matching, cleanup, and removal of old fasteners, the end result is an efficient, rustic appearance suited for decorative purposes.
