Meet Adam Bowen!

Raised in the small East Texas community of Queen City, Texas, Adam hasn’t ended up too far from home. After beginning his college journey at Texas Tech University, he realized East Texas was where he truly wanted to be and transferred to finish his degree at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Adam has been with the Brannon Corporation for the past three years, working alongside Travis and Philip in our Aquatics Department. He is one of our resident Revit gurus and has quickly become a solid graduate engineer. It won’t be long and Adam will be earning his PE license!

Adam led Brannon’s company softball team in both strikeouts and hits, proving he can deliver, and not deliver, from behind the plate. When the work week ends, you’ll most likely find Adam on the golf course playing 36 or enjoying time outdoors hunting and being in the woods.

Parkside Texas is making progress! Working in the wee hours of the morning to get one step closer to the end. Thousands of hours of planning and design have gone into this dream in order to become a reality! We can't wait to see how this development will benefit Tyler.

Today, we celebrated Bob’s 30 years at The Brannon Corporation. In typical Bob fashion, he wanted to cut and serve the cake to everyone else.

Today, Quitman ISD celebrates the beginning of a new era. Adding a new CTE building, Junior High and Elementary buildings, field house, and a turf baseball field to bring a better education experience to the students of Quitman. The Brannon Corp partnered with Harris Craig Architects on this project, and we are so proud to help in the education process of the next generation.

Brannon Corp provided Civil Engineering services for the expansion of Mt. Sylvan Baptist Church and their growing campus.

The project included a new ±20,000 square foot sanctuary and expanded parking, along with planning for future phases of development. Our team also coordinated with the State of Texas for driveway permitting and designed associated site improvements including ADA accessibility, paving, grading, drainage, and utilities.

We’re proud to have been part of a project that continues to serve the community since opening in 2022.

CTMF Jacksonville was another project that Brannon provided civil engineering services for. This project was created to expand the existing pain management wing while also providing additional parking and site improvements. Planning involved coordination with the State and Owner to provide site construction access while maintaining patient access to the medical facility. Civil design included ADA accessibility, paving, grading, drainage, and utility improvements. Construction is expected to wrap up towards the end of 2026.

Our own Rea Boudreaux was on hand for the grand opening of East Centennial Blvd. in Lindale yesterday. It is always bittersweet to see the finished project after over a year of planning and design. This road truly is going to help growth and access to Lindale for both residents and visitors.

We’re excited to share details about Satisfaction Storage in Mabank, Texas , a project designed to meet a wide range of personal and commercial needs.

This development features 21 modern office/warehouse units and 52,000 square feet of total storage space, with over 43,000 square feet fully climate-controlled to help protect temperature-sensitive items year-round. The property also offers more than 60 boat and RV storage sites, including both covered spaces and secure garage units, providing flexible options for larger vehicles and recreational equipment.

Brannon is proud to have been a part of the new Christus hospital in Palestine, TX, including more than 2 acres of new concrete parking and paving, a new helipad, a second point of access to the facility, and associated site, paving, grading, drainage, and utility improvements. Congratulations Christus on your new facility!

The facility will have 60 full time staff for both pediatric care and emergencies. Bringing a second hospital to Palestine.
