This 2023 Kia Sportage received a clean and powerful bass upgrade with a Kenwood Excelon 12” subwoofer installed in a custom enclosure, powered by a Kenwood Excelon amplifier.

We used all OFC wiring for efficient power delivery and long-term reliability. The amplifier was custom mounted below the cargo floor on an ABS mounting plate for a hidden, factory-style installation.

To make the system more practical, we also added a quick-connect setup for the subwoofer enclosure, allowing easy removal when needed, along with a bass k**b installed within reach of the driver for on-the-fly adjustments.

The result is deep, controlled bass with a clean OEM-style install and excellent functionality.
