Round 2 broke the winch lift cable, its routed thru a series of pulleys to enhance it's lifting performance, as this thing is so friggn heavy! The up/down and left/right of chute is controlled by the joystick mounted to the armrest. The Sears Super 12hp Tecumseh cast iron pony motor, came from my dads old 68 lawnmower. I think I bored it .03 ovr, it has an electric start and PTO to engage the jackshaft that drives the blower. The tractor idles along in 1st grear as slo as I can go. The Idler/tensioner I made is a lil hoaky but its working good, for now. 😁

Fixed bunch of the broke s*t in the drive line, this unit generates alot of force and will quickly exploit any weak links! Added a belt tensioner, due to slippage in heavy wet snow, learned last yr. I'll replace the cheap bushing I made with a bearing tomorrow and try again. It was just a test on the other repairs I knew it ultimatly needed a bearing. Its gonna be great when I finally shake all the bugs out.💯🇺🇲

At least a 20 yr back burner proj, finally revived!
This is a first Generation Odyssey 77-80 then it became Pilot till 89 end of production. This was an FL250 it will now get a Honda CB750 4 cyl 4 stroke DOHC for power💥 My lil cartoon sketch shows the custom stainless steel bellmouth exhaust I will fabricate, so you will hear it comming and going!!🔥😂🤙

And so it finally begins agn,,,turning all this,,,into 500 of these
WAM's been is a slump all yr, batting avg sux! This one's gonna be a home run! Utilizing all options on the Mori Seiki SL15MC available, to mfg this part in one operation complete! First time using my 12ft bar feeder, used a laser to align it dead on. This runs hands off fully automated with a 3.54 min c*c! 💪🇺🇲
