Never a dull moment around here. When towing our crew cab home after a failed drive shaft yoke during the sled pull at Edge Products event, the shop truck developed a nasty tick. Everything else inside the 78k mile engine looked amazing, but cylinder number 4 died. After a full tear down, we discovered the piston cooling oil spray jet had clogged, and allowed the piston to overheat. This is a pretty rare occurrence, but bad things can happen to anyone. Thankfully the truck is back in action again.
