Liberty Recycling is a family owned and operated scrap metal recycling center located in Tuscaloosa Alabama. Liberty Recycling has been serving Tuscaloosa and all of West Alabama for over 25 years. We boast the country's most powerful diesel operated shredder generating 12,600 hp and processes 200+ tons an hour. Liberty Recycling has a public ferrous scale and a separate commercial scale to ensure

fast and efficient service. Our non ferrous warehouse also serves public and commercial customers, along with two scales to weigh in cans, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, and insulated copper wire. The non ferrous side has a Cram-A-Lot HX-60 horizontal baler, allowing us to quickly process aluminum cans. Which in turn allows us to offer the highest can prices in West Alabama.
