Equipment Technician Employment Opportunity – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Join the Oklahoma Equipment team! We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced full time equipment technician with a valid and clean driver’s license. Applicant must be available Monday – Friday (40-hour work week) with a possibility of over-time.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Applicant must be able to trouble shoot, perform high quality repair and preventative maintenance on a variety of machines and have a good knowledge of hydraulics and electricity (AC/DC).
QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES (including but not limited to):
• Applicant must own all necessary tools.
• Recondition and repair equipment and components.
• Able to ensure all repairs are completed as assigned.
• Maintain quality work records for time, parts, supplies and repairs.
• Maintain company field vehicle in a manner that ensures proper operations.
• Maintain personal appearance and company uniform in a professional manner.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional manner that represents the values of respect and honesty that Oklahoma Equipment embodies.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong Diagnostic Skills
• Parts Acquisitions
• Shop Maintenance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

This posting is for an immediate full-time position. You must have a valid driver license and your own tools. You should be capable of working on small engines, generators, scissor lifts, skid/track loaders and aerial booms. Day to day tasks include preventative maintenance, field repairs, troubleshooting and parts acquisition. A proficient understanding of hydraulics, electricity (AC/DC) and engines is necessary.
