Yesterday, we came together at Midwest Precision to celebrate our amazing workplace family. Our employees brought their favorite Thanksgiving dishes—everything from perfectly smoked turkey to classic pecan pie—and the turnout was nothing short of incredible. Moments like these remind us how thankful we are for the people who make MPI feel like home.

When life throws the unexpected our way — from last-minute childcare closures to family emergencies — we make space for each other.
