It is a project that, in the end, provides the correct balance between our clients budget, needs and goals, while at the same time integrating inspiration and creativity. Our design process is built on a foundation of constant communication with our client. Throughout each phase of design we emphasize the interaction of the team through consistently scheduled programming/design review meetings and maintain an open line of communication throughout the entire project.

One of our founding partners and previous CEO, Gordy Guest, is officially retired! Today, we got to celebrate him the best way we know how with all of his favorites and a healthy dose of his face as decor 😉 No doubt this place looks wildly different because of him - he has helped shape three decades of good times and tough ones to get us where we are today. We hope these next years are full of family, travel and lots of golf. You’ll be missed around here, Gordy but always be such an integral part of our story!

New year, new CEO! Josh Chesney started as our first summer intern and is now our newly-named Chief Executive Officer! After almost three decades as our lead designer, it’s safe to say he’s a staple around here. As our former CEO, Gordy Guest, steps into a Senior Advisor role, Josh will lead us into the next era of Cyntergy. We look forward to continuing to build on the foundation laid almost 30 years ago!
