Position SUMMARY
The Maintenance PLC Technician with a grade A level is responsible for all maintenance repairs and service throughout the company. Perform electrical diagnostics, installation of equipment, rebuild and overhaul equipment. The skilled technician will perform skilled operations such as electronic, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, air conditioning, and welding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Electrical in manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years troubleshooting experience with PLC automation (Fanuc/Siemens), sensors failing and related controls.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and Systems Control Technologies, including in depth knowledge of Siemens, FANUC, Ethernet, and other network based I/O systems
• Proficient in programming and modification of new and existing PLC's

• Good basic math skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Understand and comply with company safety standards and federal regulations.
• Must be a team player across departments.
• Consistently maintain a clean work area.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all building maintenance requirements.

• Demonstrate knowledge of general maintenance, including compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to work both independently and interdependently
• Computer literate with MSOffice Suite and email
• Good Communication skills
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift 10 – 20 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to lift 20 – 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to easily grasp products and other materials.

Requirements:
Laser cutting experience (operating a CNC laser cutting machine)
Material handling experience (offloading sheet metal and stocking/logging material)
Understanding of differences in Metals (gauges and types)
Use of tape measure & calipers.
Math conversions such as Fractions to decimals.
Basic print reading.
Forklift experience.
Safety awareness.
