When you order the Aluminum Rectangle Tubing that the customer specifies, and no one sells that exact size - you buy UM plate (big flat bar) and you make the tube yourself.
If the machine shop accidentally shorts you a part that you need, and you can't get another one from them in time to satisfy the deadline - you make it yourself!!
The customer says they can't find the exact type and size of washer they need but asks if you can make it somehow?? OF COURSE I CAN!!
If the handle you purchased for the project was too big, you cut in down to size and weld it back together
When you have to finesse parts and grind out the weld because the customer doesn't want to see them, that's what you do!!
We will do whatever it takes to make a quality part and a happy customer. Because happy customers, are generally repeat customers!!

This is an old job we did a few years back of a handrail replacement. The customer was sick of the 1950's handrail and wanted a new and improved, more modern one made.
Customer gave me full design freedom and after I drew it up, she loved it and it came to life. We removed the old railing and installed the new one and her husband was a Master Carpenter and had the wooden handrail made to fit. We were very impressed with the final product

Good afternoon - it's been a while since we've had time to post anything new - so needless to say I will be uploading a ton of pictures of our jobs we've done lately. As well as posting some older stuff since I've gone through my camera roll and found a bunch of pics that I was afraid had been deleted, luckily, they weren't 😁
