Andre brought in his GEARXUSA Outlaw AWD dogbox for an inspection as iylt only had a few passes on it after we changed 2nd and a 1 2 slider after a strain setting issue.

Stated a low RPM growl... So as he planned on beating on it this weekend he did want anyone with 15k invested in a gearbox should do.

took it out and inspected it. This car 1.3 60 foots and has 50 pass on this gearset.

All we found wrong was the input shaft bearing was super chunky.

Had him bring it up to daddy for a look see changed the bearing out and he's ready to rip this weekend :)

Dre aday in for an inspection as lastbtime car went out after continued 1.30 60 foots developed a bit of a low pitch growl.. Inoutbshaft bearing a little hurt. Inspected replaced and off to Oregon for some rela stickshift s**t.



Volvo power steering install done now that lines are complete... Front end complete.Waiting for the brake stuff to show ...

Volvo power steering install done now that lines are complete... Front end complete.

Waiting for the brake stuff to show up to start lines to back off car and pass through ebrake setup... So this weekend I'll get the car cleaned up inside and pedals in it to finish that off.

I need to degree the damn cams in the motor so I can get the motor and trans innthe car lol.

Stuck the intercooler on her to see if i had to paint more than the face black for visibility... or lack of it ;)

But just the face is plenty so well get her off tape her up and make it dissappear :)

4 Day weekend son ope to get a full day one of them onnit... But the Nova needs one too and she's been neglected too long

User/Installer F-up 1

BF gearset and Synchro solutions 3rd gear synchro 0.

User incorrectly installed components. Main issue 3 4 slider and hub upside down.

other main issue. Outer case cracked

And at least 1 full ass tube of Mega gray on this thing...

Going be messy

3rd gear shows heat but well clean up do math clearance and get humpty all together again

Tonight's project rear calipers and measurements for rear lines as well a rear DSS axles...

we gettin there. slowly but consistently Ive worked on it a lil every day

Not sure if people like the vids but if I stay up onnthem they help inbthe future with questions

Hoping tonget Cole over here with some toe plates to get close on the front aftwr the new rack and tiebrod ends 🙏

Installed the TPU engine bay plugs and radiator mount inserts i made..

It looks amazing.

need to clean it up inside so Ican get the pedals in it and get the brakes in progress. Front calipers are loaded and waiting on seats.

Refurbished the cowl cover and rubber hood seal offbthe parts car and layed wm onnthe car for now since ain't no point fastening till hoods on and im gonna leave it off as log as I can

The new door panels off the parts car look great!

New black housing lights and corners in
All new zinc hardware
Fenders bolted down

Starting to look at the Volvo ower steering plumbing.. need a couple fittings tonget that finalized.. like a 135 degree 6an and I need to figure oit what exactly I need for the return.

Today clean up cowl and get cowl put on her as well as that goofy fuxning sticker off the front window. Install front brake pads and dig through pictures to see where Ibhad all the rear end stuff adjusted too toniron out the rear rough alignment.

TPU and PAHT-CF loaded up on the printer getin ready for some maker thangs ..

Stay tuned ! The small pecking away at stuff is indeed making progress thats visual :) I'd really like to get the front brake lines figured out so I can run them and put the motor and trans in

Be doin some tr**ny s**t today here in a few before hopping back on the car .

Question for people... What coverings are you putting on cars to protect paint while working on them ?
