EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT... Meet Michael Leach, MS, P.E., CWI, CWEng, Kent Engineering’s Director of Inspection & Engineering. With more than 10 years of experience, Michael leads forensic and consulting projects, investigations, and technical analyses involving welding, heavy machinery, cranes, piping, recreational equipment, and vehicles. He also manages and directs our crane inspection and engineering company.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University and a master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. He is currently pursuing a master’s in Welding Engineering at Ohio State University.
