Hi folks , I don’t normally do this because I can’t verify real vs scammers but trying to help a long time customer out as they are retiring.

I have a small parcel of synthetic for sale. Around 12483 grams. If you know anyone interested please let me know. Price is $6241 which I believe is 50 cents per gram. Check out the prices online for these items , an online business could be started with just this parcel alone.

I don’t even know how to describe this machine except to say that is was the personal unit of Glenn Lehrer. This unit really should be in the AGTA and GIA hall of fame if such a thing exists. Historically this was the first unit that Cindy Young Hine and I rebuilt and sold to Glenn. We are selling on behalf of his estate.

Glenn was a personal friend , taught me how to cut and one of the few people in the business to know my grandparents. I’m still very much undecided if I want to just purchase this machine for myself. I know the stones that were cut on this unit and to say they were “mind boggling” is an understatement. Just look on the cover of about 50 gem magazines.

Glenn used his machine. It’s very dirty and needs a good cleaning. If it was me being a**l, I would strip and repaint. Cindy has gone through the EMS (the expensive bit) and verified perfect working order.

The unit comes with what you see and is sold as-is. I’m leaving a lot of meat on the bone for anyone who wants to send it to Cindy. If I recondition it, I would be charging 1500 more.

Unit is 5000 USD plus shipping and will be at Tucson unless it’s pre bought.

This is the last of our used units friends, after this we will only be producing new machines at a cost of around 8000 USD.

Yes we will ship overseas but expect a hefty cost as it’s roughly 75 lbs.

There are some machines I’m loathe to sell , I want to hoard them and lock them away in my man cave. Alas, I have to sell this pristine left mast unit. You will not find another like it on the market (unless it’s a completely reconditioned unit from Cindy Young Hine ). It’s ready to go in fact, I’ll let Roger Dery cut a stone on it at our booth in Tucson. You can purchase before the Tucson hoard devour it.

6500 USD.

Yes I’ll ship internationally but be mindful these have a weight of roughly 75lbs.

Reviving the GemMaster

Being both an engineering shop and amateur gem cutters, we were saddened to hear of Fac-Ette Manufacturing Inc closure in 2012. The Fac-ette GemMaster II Faceting Machine ™, with it’s distinctive protractor gauge for setting angles, hyper-accurate EMS meter for measuring cut depth, and heavyweight cast metal body, was unique in the lapidary tools market.

As the need for service grew over time, dedicated Fac-ette owners, both hobbyists and professionals, approached us to design and machine parts so they could continue to cut quickly and with precision. We were extremely lucky to have long time Fac-Ette employee Cindy Young Hine come on-board with the project. Cindy is one of the last employees to not only have assembled the machines but calibrated them also.
