Well we have to create this post as a disappointment of the Customer Service from CJC / Carli Suspension, ordered a kit for a 2026 F450, asked what trim it was, we told them King Ranch which only comes in CrewCab, so with their knowledge they should know it have a 2 pc rear driveshaft, kit showed up missing carrier drop (was a call in order so we asked to be sent all needed for truck, not online), when we were about to finish kit install Friday 22nd after noon to hand truck to costumer end of day for holiday weekend, we realize that track bar CARLI have incorrect Misalignment spacer, we contacted CJC and provided attached video and they said it was CARLI fault they will contact them, i called CARLI to confirm and they said i need to deal with CJC as they were the seller (CARLI direct recommended CJC since it was F450), when i was on the phone with Carli got email from CJC saying Carli overnighting the 10dllr misalignment spacer ASAP, and i had Carli on the line and they told me yes, its happening but tuesday, well happened tuesday late after cutoff and now the overnight part will be here tomorrow the 28th, been in contact with CJC and Carli, CJC told me they cannot do nothing on their end as it have to come from Carli, Carli tells me they have 100s of calls and will address ASAP, they have great products, but this post is created to make aware if a bad issue arise expect delays, cjc blames carli, carli blaming UPS and of course we are the end Face to our customer and the one failing is us when we have a finished truck since Friday 22nd PM waiting for a little part that can be easily dropped off by any company member at any UPS drop off location since that friday and would it be here at least today, thats what a reputable company would do to make whole a customer, it might be going beyond but will be the right thing to do, i got upset on the phone with them for blaming UPS right now and they said dont call again! of course not calling again, this was a nightmare for 11k kit missing a 10dllr part, and this post going on all the social media for CARLI and CJC, we have emails and videos attached
