Can you say lack of fusion? How's it going, guys? Ryan here with Too Tall Tool. Today's weld in the wild is this gem under a parking awning which, fortunately has plenty of bolts to back it up.
Remember...if the number one rule in weld quality is that the weld must be there, then the number two rule is that the weld needs to actually be there..... this weld is like that girl you went out with in high school once. You know the one....she said "yes," but then didn't put her phone down the whole night.......she was there but she wasn't REALLY there. Remember. Make good welds and keep your flux dry. Have a good one.
