Memorial Day is not just about a three-day weekend, barbecues, or the start of summer. It’s about remembering the men and women who left home wearing our nation’s uniform and never returned. 🇺🇸

Behind every fallen service member is a story — a family who still misses them, friends who still think about them, children who grew up without them, and memories that time can never replace. Today is for them.

It’s for the soldiers who gave their lives beside their brothers and sisters in combat.
It’s for the parents who received a knock at the door that changed their lives forever.
It’s for the families who continue carrying the weight of sacrifice long after the flags are folded.

We live freely today because others were willing to give everything they had for people they would never meet. That kind of courage and selflessness can never truly be repaid. The best we can do is remember them, honor them, and never take their sacrifice for granted.

So today, take a moment to slow down. Hug your family a little tighter. Be grateful for the freedoms we often overlook. And remember the heroes who paid the ultimate price so we could enjoy those freedoms every single day.
