Need a little cover from all that Mother Nature sends your way. Protect your bold spot and add a roof and some sides and stand in the shade. This one was a monster undertaking but came out great. 575 gallon triple door with huge warming box. The three basin sink provides hot water thanks to an onboard propane hot water heater plumbed into fresh and gray water tanks. Abundant wood locking wood storage as well.

DMPITS 1000 gallon is rolling!

Built with a 45” deep stubby tank. This smoker offers tons of space.

We have a 24” x 45” warming box connected to the insulated firebox via ventilation. On the opposite side of the trailer, generous storage space is complemented by custom DMPITS DHC (Direct Heat Cooker) units.

Folding stainless prep area and of course the winch assisted stack.

The final touches will involve a burn-in phase and sealing the natural tank patina with linseed oil.
