The C&S Metalworks crew just wrapped up building this amazing Argentine/Santa Maria BBQ Grill for 3CSJ Ranch LLC. Sean came to us with a vision of a unique wood fired grill that incorporated several aspects from other grills he had seen. With a few personal touches that make this grill truly one of a kind we designed and fabricated from scratch this amazing grill that is sure to bring their guest plenty of great food for years to come. The C&S crew would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This year we are fortunate enough to be able to shut down for the remainder of the holiday season in order to spend time with our families We will reopen on Monday, January 5. Well, it may not be as cool as polishing the Statue of Liberty at President Trump‘s request or building a 100 foot tall stainless steel cross. The C&S crew is very proud to be a part of a local division of a company that rebuilds generators out of power plants across the country and the world. MD&A has allowed us once again to build one of these mega storage vaults for an armature out of a power plant(often nuclear) weighing up to 100,000+ pounds. Coming in at 16' wide and nearly 7' tall this aluminum powder coated custom sign adds a nice touch to this amazing barn. Be sure to check out the amazing new restaurant/bar and music venue in Hawk Point. The Roadhouse Barn & Grill had us help them out by fabricating several of the items needed to build their awesome venue. We hand crafted the truly spectacular sign above the doors going into the covered patio/music venue. The stainless steel drink rails behind both of their massive bars, along with the foot rails and several custom made tables and behind-the-scenes items. "You wanna build what???" This is something I end up hearing often from my group of all-star fabricators. This project was a first for us and an incredible feat for our crew. We just finished an airtight storage vault weighing in at almost 17,000lbs and 36 1/2' long. This will be used to store a spare 86,000lb armature from a hydrogen cooled power plant. The task of building such a large project would not even be possible for most shops but not C&S Metalworks. We fabricated everything in house and on schedule. We even aided in the design on some of the features of this beast including the special seal needed to obtain an airtight structure. Tested with nitrogen to insure the most accurate results this beauty passed with relative ease. We never know what we are going to be asked to build but welcome the challenge from our amazing customers. What can we build for you.
