Now accepting donations! Thank you to everyone who reached out privately or commented/liked the original post for my dad’s headstone. We deeply appreciate it. It looks like we may have enough people to make a real difference.
For those seeing this for the first time, my dad never asked much of anyone, but our family would like to get him a headstone that matches his parents, and the rest of our family.
His passing was unexpected, and funerals are incredibly expensive… so is a gravestone (~$2,000). We understand that times are tight, so even small donations of $1 or $5 truly helps.
(We will not take profit. If by chance, we exceed the cost (unlikely), any leftover will be returned proportionally, and the final bill will be posted.)
Rick Reynolds was a good man, a father, a grandfather, and absolutely my best friend. Thank you to everyone who has reached out since his passing, and for any who are able to contribute.
