My first service call this morning was a warranty capacitor and the second stop was my first ant issue of the season. Ants are a common problem inside A/C and heat-pump contactors during the summer. I installed a new sealed contactor on this system and sprayed ant killer inside the control panel. Tip: Get some kind of ant preventer or Sevin dust and sprinkle it on the ground around your outdoor system. It might save you a service call 🤷‍♂️💵

A extremely stopped up AC condenser coil with very high head pressures = a compressor failure for sure. After three baths, this old girl was glad to see us pull out of the her driveway. We didn’t install it but we’ve got another happy camper/customer up and going
