Whether for a weekend getaway or a business retreat, visitors can now indulge in modern amenities and refined elegance while immersing themselves in the club’s storied history.

This project features Fan Coil Units from IEC - International Environmental Corporation, Grilles, Registers and Diffusers from Price Industries, Nexus Coil Paks, and Vibration Isolation from Mason Industries Inc.

Equinox: Where Luxury, Fitness, HVAC and Architecture Meet

Designed to encourage and challenge members to feel motivated and healthy, Equinox is a premiere brand committed to the blending of nature, art, and fitness into a seamless world as it intimately shapes its users.

As the first Equinox club in , the newly designed 48,000 square-foot building was inspired by the world-renowned Cranbrook Academy in Bloomfield Hills, layering the space with courtyards, water features, expansive sight-lines, intimate areas for respite, and materials indicative of Cranbrook’s character.

With such intentional , it was critical the products provided by Michigan Air Products combine the best of form and function. Price Industries custom flow linear diffusers were seamlessly integrated throughout the club, blending discreetly into the various fitness areas while meeting the individual airflow requirements of each space.

Other products used include Greenheck roof curbs, fans, make-up air units, control dampers; Dectron dehumidifiers; Modine Manufacturing Company unit heaters; ABBB variable frequency drives; Markel electric heaters; Price Industries grilles, registers, and diffusers, sound attenuators; FlaktGroup SEMCO spiral pipe and fittings.

Continuing the commitment to aesthetics that began in 1928.

Named the 2022 Construction Association of Michigan (CAM) Magazine Project of the Year, the newly built Ford House Visitor Center and Administration Building is a contemporary translation of the Cotswold architectural style adopted by Edsel and Eleanor Ford in their family home. Featuring Net Zero Energy Certification and LEED Gold design, the new buildings offer visitors a memorable experience in a beautiful setting featuring a lakefront restaurant, conference space, and exhibits that tell the Ford family story.

We are proud to collaborate with SmithGroup, and Bumler Mechanical, Inc. to provide Greenheck Fans, Louvers, and Life Safety Dampers; Metal-Fab, Inc. Breeching and Stack; Markel Electric Heaters; Price Industries VAV Terminal Units, Grilles, Registers, and Diffusers; and Nystrom Access Doors.

A new chapter is about to be written and we are proud to be part of the story.

Introducing the Book Tower Detroit, Bedrock's latest project. A icon, this famed building was designed by Louis Kamper and constructed from 1916 to 1926 for the Book brothers, a trio of real estate investors.

After being abandoned for several years, Bedrock purchased the building in 2015 and is bringing the building back to it's historic glory with a modern twist. The building will feature apartments, offices, restaurants, a rooftop bar, skylit ballroom, domed atrium, fitness center, and hotel.

This project features VFDs from ABB; Pumps and Heat Exchangers from Armstrong Fluid Technology; EVAPCO Inc. Cooling Towers; Greenheck Dampers, Fans, Gravity Hoods, and Louvers; LG HVAC USA VRF Systems; Nexus Valves; and Price Industries Terminal Units, Sound Attenuators, Grilles, Registers, and Diffusers.

We’re visiting customers all over metro Detroit to show off Greenheck’s new RV-10 which can handle air flows as low as 500 CFM up to 18,000 CFM and cooling capacities from 3 to 70 tons.

Thrilled to have been a part of the Ford House expansion project in partnership with SmithGroup and Bumler Mechanical.

We have a variety of HVAC equipment on this project including fans from Greenheck, Markel heaters, and Metal Fab Commercial Sales breeching & stack. Our favorite part of the project was working on our Price Industries custom flow linear diffusers to seamlessly integrate with various ceiling systems and styles.

The Ford House — the 87-acre Grosse Pointe Shores estate of Edsel and Eleanor Ford — debuts a new 40,000-square-foot Visitor Center.
