UPDATE: There has been an overwhelming response to Grizzly's post. On behalf of the staff at HSCC, and most importantly Grizzly, we thank you. We have so many applications on this boy right now. Our adoption counselors are working hard to make sure we find the perfect fit for him. Our hope is that Grizzly will be in his furever home very soon. If you are interested in adopting a dog we have so many at HSCC that need loving homes. We commonly see Huskies, like Grizzly, and other breeds in all shapes and sizes. Facebook, Grizzly needs your help! This beautiful boy would greatly benefit from some time away from the shelter. He joined the HSCC family in February 2018, 336 days ago. When a dog is at the shelter for an extended period of time they can start to lose themselves, and we are noticing Grizzly fading away. He's a sweet and gentle soul, who has a reputation for being an escape artist. He has been adopted twice since coming to the shelter and in both cases managed to elude his adopters. Husky antics. He's athletic and agile. Grizzly needs an understanding home, we would love if his adopter/foster had Husky experience.
