- Roll cages - Chromoly and tig welded, we have the ability to make anything from a basic 10 point up to a full ch
assis car. We design our own cages in 3D Cad and can even scan cars to reverse engineer one for a best fit.
- Tin work - Bead rolling, shrinking/stretching, slip rolling or even forming on our English wheel, we can handle custom Sheetmetal work.
- Chassis setup - With experience setting up leaf spring cars, ladder bar or 4 link we can 4 corner scale your car, set corner weight and give you a baseline chassis setup. We also have to proper tools to set bump steer and do alignments.
- Headers/Exhaust - Custom stainless headers can be made from scratch. We can even 3D scan the car for the best fit. Compliment your headers with a full stainless exhaust for your hot rod.
- Wiring - We can handle full car wiring and supply pinouts for reference for you when complete.
- 3D Cad design - With an engineering background we can design anything you may need help with
- 3D scanning - We can reverse engineer parts or even scan your car to help build custom parts.
- CNC plasma - We offer cnc plasma services for in house projects or out of house contracting
- CNC tube plasma - We can. also cut tube on our in house cnc plasma.
- 3D printing - We have a 3d printer at our disposal for making custom parts, jigs and fixtures.
