Reposting one of my favorites. This was truly a fun project to make. Those rust pieces are all real rust by a solution of salt and hydrogen peroxide. The blue was a handicap blue pavement paint then scratched off with a wire cup. Antique white paint, left to dry, and then resprayed to get the wrinkle effect and I took some of the wet rust and smeared that across with my finger for the dirt look. Candy green for the reef. And lastly glamour clear coat from house of kolor paints.
