Today, Jenny Jolink celebrates 25 years at Nealis Engineering! She is an irreplaceable part of our team who began her journey as a CAD drafter and quickly expanded her knowledge and responsibilities!

She’s a welcome and professional face when you walk through the door, but it’s much more than that.

She keeps our projects moving and is the gatekeeper for shop drawings and RFIs. She ensures that critical information reaches the right people, tracks project timelines, and helps keep projects on course.

Beyond that, she serves as our financial assistant, supports our plumbing, mechanical, and electrical teams with design help, and is always willing to learn something new if it helps the team.

She has a genuine care for the company and its people. Simply put, this company would not be the same without her, and we truly hope she knows that. We don’t say it enough!!

Congratulations, Ryan, on passing the FE exam! That's a huge accomplishment and a testament to all the hard work and dedication you've put into your engineering education.

Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam demonstrates a strong understanding of core engineering principles and is the first step toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

This week we’re celebrating an incredible milestone – 25 years of dedication, leadership, and impact.

Twenty-five years ago, Jason VanBrocklin joined Nealis Engineering as an electrical engineer with a passion for great design and a continued commitment to doing things the right way.

Over the years, he has helped guide Nealis Engineering through growth, an ownership transition, and into a new era of leadership, all while maintaining true to the values that have defined Nealis for more than 30 years!

Thank you, Jason, for 25 years of leadership, hard work, and unwavering commitment. Your legacy is reflected in the relationships you’ve built, the projects you’ve helped bring to life, and the people you’ve mentored along the way.

The Nealis Engineering team gathered together recently to celebrate the holidays! We are very grateful for each member of the team and their amazing families. We enjoyed our evening with fantastic food, conversations, and a relaxing time exchanging white elephant gifts. We love this crew!

We attended yesterday's ribbon cutting ceremony for the renovated and expanded NMC Aviation Building. The new facility is amazing and a big improvement over what they were approximately a year ago! We are honored to have played a role in the design of the PME systems. Congratulations to NMC, the community, and the design and construction teams.
