Nolan recently made the move from the Detroit area to Northern Michigan and joins our team with a bachelor's degree in integrated supply management from Western Michigan. He will play an important role in supporting our purchasing and supply chain operations.

We're excited to share that Frank Piesko will be stepping into the role of Mechanical Design Engineer beginning October 19.

Since joining in June 2023 as a Quality Engineer, Frank has made a strong impact through his dedication and expertise. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and prior Mechanical Engineering experience, he is well prepared for this next chapter.

Larry brings more than 12 years of sales experience, backed by hands-on industry knowledge gained from working on oil rigs across the country early in his career. His practical, boots-on-the-ground approach has contributed to success across several industries, including structural solutions, mobile telecommunications, and customer satisfaction. Larry was drawn to NVE because of our innovation, strong vision, industry reputation, and commitment to setting the standard in the mobile vacuum industry.

Born and raised in Traverse City, Michigan, Larry enjoys spending time outdoors whenever he can. An avid fisherman, he enjoys both fly fishing and tackle fishing and loves exploring the rivers, streams, and freshwater destinations throughout Northern Michigan.

Von brings extensive experience in business development, sales leadership, and advanced technologies across automation, aerospace, agriculture, mining, and heavy equipment industries. He was drawn to NVE by our strong team and leadership, as well as the opportunity to help expand innovative vacuum and blower solutions into new markets around the globe.
