KCI has acquired Daft-McCune-Walker, a company that provides civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying services.

In honor of Thanksgiving, DMW’s offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th, 2025. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.

Happy Labor Day!

First celebrated in 1894, Labor Day was created to honor the contributions and achievements of American workers who built the foundation of our nation.

In observance of the holiday, DMW will be closed on Monday, September 1st and will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd.

The Enolia, Morgan State University’s first off-campus housing complex in 20+ years, officially opened on Thursday! This 5-story, 151-unit building which is already fully leased for the fall marks a major step in meeting the housing needs of MSU’s growing student body.

Behind the scenes, DMW was proud to support this project by providing stormwater management and erosion & sediment control design for this new housing complex. Our team also coordinated with an expedited reviewer to ensure SWM and ESC plan reviews stayed on track and on time to meet the client's deadlines.

Congratulations to MSU and the entire project team, including MCB Real Estate, on this important milestone!
