MCB Engineering Associates, LLC was derived from Joseph F. Barbieri and Associates, a firm providing services in land development for over thirty years. The services we provide include residential and commercial site planning & subdivision design, storm water management, flood plain analysis, septic system design and soil permeability testing. In addition, we are experienced in matters of the New

Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, including but not limited to sanitary sewer extension, water main extension and stream encroachment applications. Our established relationships with various other professional disciplines including surveyors, architects, environmental and wetland specialists, geotechnical engineers, soil scientists, traffic engineers, structural engineers and contractors assist in compiling a complete land development group.
