TMR Customs products.

This one hits close to home. We’ve known Tim Rogers and the Rogers family for a long time, and we’ve always respected what they’ve built a true family run Canadian company making some of the toughest off-road parts in the game.

During Covid and lockdown, I personally built 1 ton axles for my Jeep JKU using TMR kits, so this partnership means even more to us because we’ve trusted and used these parts firsthand.

We recently took our truck into Krown Rust Control Calgary North to get the Salt Eliminator treatment followed by their rust proofing, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

Before the rust proofing was applied, we had the Salt Eliminator application done first. Since we hadn’t gone through that process before, Hafiz took the time to walk us through exactly how it works and why it’s important to do before rust proofing. He was great to deal with and more than willing to explain the whole process so we understood what was being done to the truck.

We’ve been taking our shop and expedition trucks to Krown for years back when we were in Ontario, and even after relocating to Alberta it was an easy decision to continue using them. Our trucks see a lot of off-road use, from trail runs to river crossings, so it’s important for us to work with companies that use environmentally safe products. When you’re spending time in the backcountry and crossing rivers, the last thing you want is harmful chemicals affecting the ecosystem.

Back in Ontario, Krown was one of our major sponsors on several of our expeditions, so while chatting with Hafiz we floated the idea of continuing that relationship here in Alberta. He was immediately on board and more than willing to carry on the sponsorship out west.

This summer BxN Outfitters will be teaming up with Krown to host a trail run and lunch day, with Krown as the main sponsor. It’s going to be a great day bringing the off-road community together on the trails.
