Today’s mission: deliver a beautiful live-edge cedar mantel. ❤️
This beautiful soul purchased this piece from me over a year ago. It needed a few cuts, but by the time she was ready to come back, I had gotten a new phone. Of course, not all of my messages transferred… including her dimensions. 😞
Since this is going to their lake home, she had to get back out there and measure everything again. Thankfully, she was able to get me the measurements, and today I finally got to cut this beauty to the exact size she wanted.
But then life happened.
Between her husband and granddaughter being in the hospital and needing care, making another trip to pick it up just wasn’t something she needed on her plate.
So I thought, you know what? I can deliver it.
Sometimes it’s not about the sale. It’s about making someone’s life just a little easier. If I can take one more thing off her to-do list, even something as simple as delivering a mantel, then that’s exactly what I’m going to do. ❤️
I’m so excited to finally see this piece make its way to their lake home after more than a year!
