In order to be better you gotta do better and that means.......spending money to make it.
I had to upgrade and buy new equipment to make things easier. I follow alot of guys on YouTube Facebook and here to get tips and ideas on the whole industry now.
15 years ago the detailing space looked differently now, with all the technology things have become.....busy. What setup to go with? What soaps to use.? I have ADHD so I will fall into a rabbit hole quick. I have to keep things simple and easy. So Harbor Freight makes since. Everything I needed. Expect the spot remover. Happy? Yes. Its made things easier. I use the whole Superior Products line and YumCar detailing products to stay cost effective which has helped.
Better equipment and better ingredients means you put out a better product and in this case its paying off.

Wasn't a fan of the Hyundai Veloster but this 2016 has changed my mind about the car.
Another auction car, they put this thing back together nicely. Runs and drives great. Something that was surprising. Over all this wasn't completely trashed just just extremely dusty with alot of oily hand and fingerprints all over the front end.
This is what my basic valet service clean looks like. They are always happy with the finished product.

I'm happy because I'm getting paid for what I love to do and always had passion for. 😌

Its morning like this that make the grind worth it. Shifting gears, exploring and expanding into new areas of automotive services.
This just isn't about money with me, car ate a lifestyle for me. So I'm always gonna go above and beyond for any vehicle I believe can be revitalized.

Let be real, why would you buy a JDM car?
Personal if it's not a Honda, it's a waste of time.
I can't go to O'Reillys for parts for a 2000 Nissan R34 but I can get anything for any Honda there.
So no I don't wanna buy your imported car.

Another valet from a dealership. I like this lil 4 banger Benz. This 2016 C300 came in slightly trashed. It had sat in a back lot after an auction.
Valets are what most detailers offer without an engine cleaning as part of the standard package but claim to get your car to a "close to showroom" finish.
Engine cleaning comes standard in my valet package. It's not a deep clean engine detail, but it's enough to make the overall aesthetic difference to the vehicle itself.

I think for what I charge, people will be happy with how their vehicle looks afterwards. I love what I do.

This 2019 RAV4 was an early morning valet from a dealership in town. Cleaned up nicely. This typical with alot of dealership vehicles. I have ran into some bad situations but for the most part, this is what I deal with.
It wasn't as bad as the dealer said it was after being a rental car up until he bought. Turned out beautifully.

Nothing like admiring your own work. It makes me feel good to see the look on someone's face after you've done the a service they couldn't do themselves.
Priceless.

It's been slow I've been here. Since I'm expanding my business to offer a valet and detailing service and I don't have all the equipment I need to do everything that I can do but I'm making due with what I have. And still buying equipment everytime I get the money to. Also without my camera equipment don't have time to take and post these when it was happening. Still gotta get all that together.

BUT.....
This Acura RLX is a gorgeous car. (before it was cleaned) It was a valet cleanup for a car dealership I got a contract with right now.
Even though things are slow, I'm still pushing to get more clients. I've got a plan to walk my neighborhood and hand out discounts if you live in my area. Its all about how you present yourself.

I love everything about cars trucks and motorcycles. After coming to Texas,I was kinda lost about what it looks like with me moving ahead in a brand new state.
I'm starting from the beginning again.
So far, since opening a detail business, it's been an experience, alot of people who have tried to lowball me. But I stick to my guns. My work ethic is unrivaled and my results, speak for themselves.
New plans. New ideas. New direction.

The Pilot is been getting babied since she's came back from the shop. I've had to clean the interior thoroughly and some other things. She is the poster child for two pages. So I gotta keep my star healthy and looking good.

Due to administrative disputes and disagreements, I'll be closing the shop doors after a year of being open. I hate that it's come to this, but I'm looking into new ventures and new avenues. This is only the beginning of new things and refining and putting in to play old ideas.
