Spiral Chutes - also called gravity conveyors or EZ letdowns -- are known to convey product at a constant velocity, maintaining pristineproduct integrity by eliminating breakage. Other stainless steel fabrication includes platforms, bins, ladders, stairs, hoppers, sanitary transitions, decking, tanks, cyclones...one-off prototypes to full production and preventive maintenance.

Food tends to stick to metal especially at cold temperatures, like Ralphie’s tongue on a flagpole. We make spiral chutes using rigidized stainless steel when handling frozen product to reduce friction, resist corrosion, and maintain hygienic qualities.
