To say that these wheels kicked my butt would be a huge understatement. These things were in pretty rough shape when I got them. We originally started out with a slightly different color that we just kept having issue after issue with, just to find out that the color wasn’t even really what the customer was after. (Pretty sure we got some bad powder). After spraying these wheels 3 different times we finally decided on this color here because we thought it would actually be exactly what the customer wanted to start with. We finally got some new powder in yesterday and got them wrapped up late last night and delivered this morning just in time for a car show tomorrow! Here at SS Fab we don’t believe in turning out a product we wouldn’t be happy with ourselves, even if it takes us a few tries to get it right! Now the customer has a set of wheels they can be proud of and show off for a long time to come.

Something a little different then sxs work. We have some cool projects coming up that needed some rear end housings so we invested in the fixturing to build our own! Very excited to announce we are now offereing fab 9 rear end housings! Anything from 4 link, stock suspension, leaf spring or just bare housings we have you covered! Typical turn around time is around 2 weeks not including powder coat. If there is anything we can do to get you fixed up or answer any questions feel free to reach out!

When I decided to start to doing fab work for a living my grandpa gave me some advice. He said when he started his business in 1983 he never wanted to be the cheapest in town, he would let his work and customer service speak for its self and show everybody why he charged a little more. I take every word of that to heart with every job I have done and will do. Theres been more downs than ups, alot of lost sleep, lessons learned the hard way, money lost, time away from my family and days I questioned why im doing it at all. At the end of those days I try to remember I set out with a goal in mind and I wouldn’t let anybody out work me. Then there are days like today when you get to roll a rig like this out of the shop and see what you’ve learned and accomplished over the years and it makes it all worth it! When I started, most of what I’ve done to this thing was all a pipe dream. Now im proud to say every single detail on this was done 100% in house. From the 3D scans, cad designs, cnc cutting and bending, bead rolled sheet metal to the powder coat and wiring. Long story short if you’re bargain shopping or looking for me to compete with another shop’s price then you’re looking in the wrong spot, because I wont. If you want some of the most quality work you can get for your money then you’re in the right place. Thank you to everyone that’s given us the opportunity to earn their business. It means the world to us! Sit back and keep watching cause we’re just getting started!

Had the opportunity to do this Talon for some great new customers that came all the way from Nebraska! They had us build them a set of our new kickers, our new winch bumper and a bed extension with a swing out tailgate that also holds a spare tire. Then we topped it all of with some slick silver powder! Thanks again to Chad and his wife for making the long trip down here and trusting us to be a part of their build!
