HELP WANTED

McGraw Fertilizer is looking for a part-time worker. This is a very
physical job, a demanding job, a detail-oriented job. You must be
self-motivated, have exceptional drive and be willing to work
together and alone. If you are not willing to put in long hours and
work weekends, please do NOT apply.

Must have.

- Valid Driver’s license – CDL would be a plus but not a deal
breaker.
- Clean driving record.
- Forklift and Skid loader experience.
- Patience and willingness to be able to adapt with changes
on the go.
- Must be 18 years old or older.

There will be a lot of cleaning. Yes, cleaning. Your number one job is
to keep the shop floor clean, and tools picked up. Making sure the
Shop is clean. Along with this duty there will be:

- Loading Fertilizer buggies, Floater Trucks and Tender Trucks.
- Unloading Trucks (of Fertilizer or Chemicals as they come in).
- Must be able to do math. From pounds to tons and ounces
to gallons, etc.
- Mowing and spraying weeds around the office and shop.

Pay based on experience and ability.

Happy National Farmers Day! 20 million jobs are related to the ag sector to feed and clothe more than 330 million people…yet 39% of our population have NEVER MET A FARMER! 97.1% of farms are still family farms. So I challenge you, as one who personally loves the life I lead in the farming industry, to get to know the people sustain your life on this industry, because it really doesn’t just “come from the store”.
