My time in Oregon has been absolutely, genuinely beautiful.
I had this random guy, reach (on Instagram) out and offer up his new shop space to us to host the Oregon meet and greet.
On top of that he offered me a space to park my trailer there on the (on Instagram) farm while I was in town.
The meet and greet was phenomenal! I enjoyed getting to meet everyone who showed up!
There truly is something magical about in person interactions. Back in the day, before this digital age, in person was all they/we knew. I am just not sure we/they were aware how magical in person interaction really was and is.
I want to thank every single one of you who showed up to the meet and greet! Without you, it wouldn’t be possible!

I want to give a special thanks to Nate and Jess for hosting me at their home. Jess makes the absolute best cornbread I have ever had! And I am not even exaggerating!
If you are ever in the Eugene, Oregon area, you have to reach out to and get a hold of some of her cornbread or her homemade canned good items.
I was sent with spicy carrots, candied jalapeño, BBQ, honey, some leftover phenomenal chili, and the unmatched cornbread! Oh, and a dozen eggs, straight off the farm! I’m told the BBQ is unmatched as well… I’m sooo looking forward to trying it and sharing it with others!
I am feeling extremely grateful to be on this journey! And getting to meet some genuine people along the way. And also getting to spend some time with some awesome friends along the way!
