The Fan Shroud for this motor is discontinued and a replacement was needed asap.

16g p/o steel
3.00 deep pan with a 1.00 lip on a 23.00 diameter bore. It's a 2 piece with braces at the four corners and the center of the bore at both ends have one as well to join the 2 pieces.
Within a month of it being installed, the pulley for the water pump came off. The press fitting on that pulley failed but our Shroud didn't.

When you think the repair work will be easy but the oem fl**ge ID is .500 bigger than the shaft....
Time to design a new fl**ge
