Bringing design to life. SSOE partnered with Bowling Green State University to create the Geoffrey H. Radbill Center, home to BGSU's nationally recognized Life Design program.

Located at the heart of campus, the 15,000 SF renovation supports undergraduate students as they work alongside Life Design coaches to shape their college experience and prototype their futures, discovering not just what they want to do, but who they want to become.

The project included the renovation of spaces dedicated to the Life Design program, enhancements to the circulation pathway leading to the center, and improvements to the exterior entrance, creating a welcoming environment for collaboration and experiential learning.

Glass problems meet practical solutions. SSOE's glass experts are returning to the Glass Problems Conference and Symposium, September 14-17 in the Glass City as attendees, exhibitors, and presenters. As glass manufacturers look to increase production, improve efficiency, and navigate evolving energy demands, SSOE is helping engineer the path to electrification.

Electrical Department Manager Michael Mitchell, PE, will join RoMan Manufacturing's Stan Rutkowski to discuss what it takes to move electric boost from concept to operation, and the facility-wide considerations that can make or break a successful implementation.

SSOE Group announced that its glass industry experts will attend, exhibit, and present at the 87th Annual Glass Problems Conference and Symposium from September 14–17, 2026, at the Glass City Center in Toledo, Ohio.

So long, summer. Hello, happy hour! A summer send-off and after-hours fun? ¿Por qué no los dos? Better yet, how about all three?

Our Toledo Employee Club celebrated the season at MIGOS Modern Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar with the three amigos of any great party: good food (a taco bar), good drinks, and good company.

This week, T1 Energy's G2_Austin facility reached a milestone you can see from miles away. The topping out ceremony marked more than the placement of the final truss. Seeing the structure rise above the site was a visible reminder great projects aren't built in a single moment.

SSOE supported the project from site selection through engineering design, and now through construction administration, helping advance one of the largest planned solar cell manufacturing investments in Texas. The project combines large-scale advanced manufacturing, domestic solar supply chain expansion, clean-energy investment, and significant regional job creation leveraging SSOE's multidisciplinary design expertise across civil, architectural, structural, process, utility, and infrastructure engineering.

SSOE India has grown from a small office into a team of more than 100 professionals supporting projects around the globe. Reaching the "100 employee" milestone represents more than growth. It signals the evolution of SSOE India into a mature, established part of the firm's global delivery model, expanding expertise, strengthening capabilities, and creating opportunities for
employees and clients alike.

Along the way, the team has maintained less than 5% voluntary turnover, reflecting a culture where people choose to grow with us. With more than 100 employees and continued expansion ahead, SSOE India is poised for its next chapter.

Our interns spent the summer brewing ideas, not coffee.

Our Atlanta interns spent their break doing more than shadowing—by stepping out of the shadows and into the field, contributing to active projects, collaborating with our teams, exploring new technology, and seeing how ideas move from screen to site.

As internships wrap up, they’re heading back to campus with more than a line on their résumés.
