This is a PVC water main. The amount of water/silt/rocks washing down this creek was on the verge of creating a major problem. The 12" inch PVC was sleeved with a 16" inch mild steel schedule 40 pipe split into two halves, sandwiched around the PVC and carefully welded back together. Two I-beams driven behind the pipe so itll have something to brace against the force comin down the creek. Upstream, the ductile iron water main was sagging and almost apart, installed two standoff pipe saddles which added support for the sag and also helps with the side pressure. This is a fabricated 3 point hitch counterweight for a farm tractor. 7 pieces of 6" inch mild steel tubing with the frame for the arms and centerlink made from 4" inch channel and 1/2" inch plate. The mounting plate for the gearbox on this bushhog had cracked and busted out through the holes, causing the gearbox and stump jumper to loosen up and slam and bang. Cut out the original plate and replaced it with a piece of 10" inch C channel and remounted gearbox and everything. Cross hatched with additional bracing out of 5/8"x1¹/²" mild steel flatbar, the bushhog should outlive the tractor. Big or small, give us a call and we tackle it all!

Floor replacement on a pindle hook tilt equipment trailer. Removed the original wood floor, raised the floor level with 1¹/²" mild steel tubing staggered to save on material, and laid out with 1/4" mild steel diamond plate. Pindle hitch plate fabricated and installed on a tri-axle dumptruck. 1" inch plate notched to sink into the frame rails for added support. All holes for the airlines and whatnot popped in prior to tacking the plate in place. Give us a call for all your fabrication needs.

Dropped the ball on the before and after pictures once again, but these were repairs made to the boxes above the scales ...

Dropped the ball on the before and after pictures once again, but these were repairs made to the boxes above the scales and axles on both sides of a Pitts log trailer, as they were cracked through the plate and the welds every which way they could. Washed all the gorilla welds off from previous repair attempts and re-plated with 1/2" thick plates. Repaired cracks in the standards and bolsters, 2 cracks in the frame, also capped one bolster so it wouldn't fill up with bark and water then freeze and bust the tubing, as it often does. Missed gettin the before pictures, the project of this week was re-lining the sides in the bed of this tri-axle dumptruck, replaced the lift cylinder, blocked and re-welded the bed to the frame underneath, some repairs to the gate, and repaired several cracks in the doghouse. Bed was absolutely rotten with holes throughout, we re-plated it with ³/¹⁶" plate so now the bed will outlast the motor in the truck. Give us a call for all your fabrication and repair needs.
