🎉Webster Industries is proud to recognize Zachariah King for successfully completing the Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship Program on May 18, 2026. In recognition of this significant achievement, Zach was presented with his Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship Program and a Journeyman jacket, honoring the dedication, determination, and hard work he demonstrated throughout the program.

Zach's journey with Webster began while attending Sentinel Vocational Center, where he joined the company as an Advanced Placement Student in the Maintenance Department. Following graduation, he accepted a full-time position in Webster's Machine Shop on May 25, 2021. On January 17, 2022, Zach transferred back to the Maintenance Department and later entered the Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship Program on September 16, 2022.

Over the course of the apprenticeship, Zach combined classroom instruction with hands-on experience to develop the technical knowledge and practical skills required of a Maintenance Electrician. His successful completion of the program reflects years of commitment to learning his trade and growing within the organization.

🎉We are proud to recognize Orville Miller for successfully completing Webster’s Apprenticeship Program and earning his Journeyman certification as a Maintenance Mechanic.

Orville completed the program on March 31, 2026, marking an important milestone in his career and reflecting years of dedication, training, and hands-on experience. Since joining Webster's Punch Press Department in 2010, Orville has continued to grow within the company, transferring to the Maintenance Department in 2016 and further developing his technical skills and expertise.

Achieving Journeyman certification is a significant accomplishment that demonstrates both commitment to the trade and a strong investment in continuous learning. We congratulate Orville on this achievement and appreciate the contributions he continues to make to the Webster team every day.

Kristin is a student at Mohawk High School and Vanguard-Sentinel Career and Technology Centers, where she is enrolled in the Metal Fabrication and Welding program. She joined Webster in February as an Advanced Placement Student through our VSCTC partnership and will transition to a full-time role following her graduation in May.

We’re proud to celebrate another success story with VSCTC, whose programs help develop the next generation of skilled professionals for our industry.

Fun fact: Kristin is the daughter of Kevin Dyer, our 2nd Shift Shop Supervisor.

Tom has been a valued member of our maintenance team, playing an important role in keeping our operations running day in and day out. Known for his reliability and steady presence, Tom built a career that speaks for itself - his claim to fame: in 42 years, he never had a single point!

A truly remarkable milestone - Tom retired exactly 42 years to the day from when he started with us in 1984.
