🚀 When operators need to manually load an automated system, asynchronous loose-pallet style conveyors are the ideal solution.

This setup allows operators and robots to work independently; meaning if one side experiences a delay, the other keeps running without interruption ⚙️. Creating a true buffer between manual loading and robotic tending is key to maintaining smooth, efficient production 🔄.

👏 Huge shoutout to LOGOMAT automation systems, Inc. for delivering another outstanding system for the MVB team! This setup lets operators load parts onto the conveyor and then walk away to focus on other tasks while the robot keeps working 🤖.

When MVB develops a 3D vision-guided robotics system, the end effector design is everything. 3D vision can detect parts in space, but can the effector access and handle them properly? That’s the design challenge: creating something that grips parts securely while staying forgiving enough to compensate for parts that are out of position.

The MVB onsite design and build team hit another one out of the park with this build. The end effector is strong, forgiving, capable, and just plain beautiful , right down to the cable management.
